Berluti is seeking a Retail Merchandising Assistant intern to support the Europe and Middle East merchandising team with sales performance, stock movements, personalisation, buying sessions, boutique projects, analysis and training. The role is based in Paris, lasts six months and starts in January 2027; it is an on-site, full-time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance across the EME boutique network.
- Manage stock requests and transfers between boutiques.
- Monitor and develop the Personalisation offer in coordination with boutiques, the Merchandising team and the central Made to Order team.
- Participate in new collection buying sessions with the Merchandisers in the showroom.
- Contribute to boutique openings, relocations and pop-up projects across the region.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and participate in collection briefings for the Marketing team.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses.
- Participate in and track progress on Allure Ambassadeur and conversation training.
- Share product and craftsmanship knowledge with the boutique network by developing training tools.
- Spend time in Paris boutiques to strengthen knowledge of retail sales and stock.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders across Boutiques, Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Training.
Qualifications
- Business school degree or equivalent university education.
- Fluent English.
- Good command of Pack Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- An interest in luxury and retail.
