Berluti Paris: Retail Learning Project Coordinator role supporting the Allure Academy launch—coordinate training, content, and international retail development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and animate the Berluti Allure Academy roadmap operationally while coordinating weekly learning engagement initiatives and communications
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of seasonal product priorities and ongoing training communications, including quiz formats and learning news updates
- Prepare and facilitate monthly alignment meetings with regional trainers while animating the international trainer community and fostering best-practice sharing
- Support regional relays in translating, adapting, and deploying academy projects and initiatives
- Consolidate and disseminate semester-long Learning Packs in collaboration with internal teams; create one-page reference tools for retail teams
- Organize and support high-impact Learning events, particularly the Allure Days, in partnership with regional coordinators
- Contribute to the development of training content spanning product collections, maison heritage, savoir-faire, sales ceremony protocols, and soft skills training
- Oversee the operational coordination of the B-Expert self-learning platform and serve as the primary contact with external platform partners
- Monitor B-Expert adoption and engagement indicators; contribute to continuous platform improvement and user experience optimization
- Track learning and retail performance indicators measuring training effectiveness, participation rates, satisfaction scores, customer experience metrics, and commercial impact
- Consolidate regional feedback and performance results; support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, communications, heritage, workshops, and regional leadership
- Represent the maison with professionalism, rigor, and service excellence; embody Berluti's culture of sophistication and excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent university qualification from a business school or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project coordination, training delivery, retail support, or marketing operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint design and digital community tools
- Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English
- Proven sensitivity to the luxury sector, savoir-faire, customer service excellence, and retail performance metrics
- Demonstrated interest in training, knowledge transfer, and team development initiatives
- Strong organizational discipline, digital tool proficiency, and proactive initiative-taking capabilities
- Experience within a retail environment is desirable
