Berluti Tokyo seeks Retail Excellence Senior Manager with 10+ years retail experience to drive sales, operations, and MTO services across Japan. Full-time, on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce in-store operational standards, working closely with Retail Managers and Training teams to ensure consistent execution across all locations
- Develop and monitor store sales budgets for Made-to-Order (MTO) and standard retail offerings; report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics with timely follow-up actions
- Coordinate and execute retail promotion calendars, in-store events, pop-up experiences, and department store activations in partnership with central headquarters and communications teams
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of MTO services and personalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with Berluti's brand DNA and lifestyle positioning
- Mentor and develop retail staff and store managers, particularly in MTO services and brand heritage; manage Personalization Coordinators and oversee Retail Communities
- Manage event budgets and promotional expenses; conduct risk assessment and crisis management for customer-related incidents or service disruptions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Merchandising, Visual Merchandising Design (VMD), and Communication departments to amplify brand visibility and drive sales growth
- Monitor and optimize staff uniforms and retail tools to maintain aspirational service standards competitive with market trends
