Role & Responsibilities

• Produce, coordinate and distribute weekly retail performance reports for the US store network; analyse trends and surface actionable insights to local teams and leadership.
• Define, monitor and report on KPIs that measure sales performance, client experience and operational health; support stores in translating metrics into improvement plans.
• Coordinate communications across the regional retail network to foster collaboration and consistent execution of retail standards.
• Support store P&L monitoring and administrative tasks such as travel and expense oversight.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to store teams and act as regional coordinator for store projects (openings, relocations, closures) in partnership with Central Architecture & Logistics and Zone Merchandising.
• Develop and implement tools to monitor rollout, adoption and effectiveness of retail training programmes; track outcomes and report on training impact versus sales and operations.
• Support strategic regional projects including omnichannel/e‑commerce optimisation and client services initiatives; ensure smooth implementation and follow‑through.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Senior Manager of Retail Excellence and the central IT team for IT‑related projects, incidents and deployments.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently active in an undergraduate or graduate programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with an entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset and the capacity to set and deliver challenging objectives.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; polished interpersonal skills when interfacing with store teams and HQ departments.
• Proactive, agile and customer‑centric attitude; hands‑on retail management experience is a plus.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 25 per hour.
