Berluti seeks Retail Client Advisor in Miami Design District. Luxury retail role with competitive hourly rate USD $27–$29 plus benefits and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Incorporate product knowledge, brand information and history into the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty
- Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the client database
- Build and expand a client book; follow up with client concerns, inquiries and maintain correspondence to strengthen relationships and drive business growth
- Manage shipping, alterations, repairs and other client-related matters
- Assist with visual merchandising, store housekeeping and maintenance of store image
- Support shipping, receiving and inventory control operations as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
- Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency preferred
- Strong drive for business results with passion for fashion and the Berluti brand
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization and follow-through skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector. Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships, driving sales targets and maintaining service excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, hospitality or fashion is valued.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 29 per hour.
