Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor quality issues and repairs, collaborating with the Customer Quality team.
- Conduct daily quality control checks on products from the Service Workshop.
- Perform quality control on SO and Lifestyle products, drafting and communicating reports.
- Update quality documents, including the quality book and control procedures.
- Manage quality control activities in the warehouse, including product master and sheet management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Retail.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Quality.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
