Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor quality issues and repairs, collaborating with the Customer Quality team.
  • Conduct daily quality control checks on products from the Service Workshop.
  • Perform quality control on SO and Lifestyle products, drafting and communicating reports.
  • Update quality documents, including the quality book and control procedures.
  • Manage quality control activities in the warehouse, including product master and sheet management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Retail.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Quality.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerApp. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities. Adaptability and versatility in various tasks.

Experience

Ideal for candidates at the beginning of their career, particularly those pursuing a Master's degree with a focus on Quality.

Education

Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
