Role & Responsibilities

• Manage VIP and celebrity shopping requests worldwide, coordinating product samples, fitting logistics, and returns
• Prepare and oversee fittings for the Berluti cocktail during Paris Fashion Week
• Coordinate VIP dressing rooms for major events including the Cannes Film Festival and awards season
• Process and track VIP sample orders and maintain sample inventory management
• Monitor and forecast budget allocations for VIP relations initiatives
• Support inter-group shopping requests and coordinate distribution across marketing teams, ateliers, and boutiques
• Conduct Instagram monitoring and identify emerging talent and collaborators
• Liaise with celebrity stylists, artist representatives, and internal stakeholders including Marketing, Studio, Production, and Boutique teams to coordinate product placements and releases
• Assist in maintaining VIP and celebrity contact databases and coordinate gift distribution to key relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent university-level credential
• Demonstrated knowledge of and sensitivity to luxury and fashion industry
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent English (essential); additional foreign language proficiency preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and collaborative working style
• Proactive, versatile, and dynamic approach to problem-solving
