Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Influence in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Coordinate with international press and influence offices across Europe, UK, US, UAE, and Asia.
  • Manage sample trafficking and distribution to key contacts, including influencers and stylists.
  • Handle specific press and influencer shopping requests.
  • Coordinate internal sample requests for marketing, production, and retail teams.
  • Contribute to the creation of communication tools such as texts, visuals, and press materials.
  • Compile and distribute weekly press reviews.
  • Support the production of image events, including Fashion Week presentations, press days, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a communication, journalism, or business school, or equivalent master's program.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in an additional foreign language is advantageous.
  • Dynamic, versatile, and organized with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in press relations and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sensitivity to the luxury sector.
  • Previous experience in a luxury brand's press communication team or press office is required.
