Berluti — Ferrara: Production Planning Intern (on-site). Internship in production scheduling, SAP order management and Excel reporting. Start 13/04/2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end order management from material requirements to finished product delivery.
  • Analyze order specifications and verify production feasibility against capacity and lead times.
  • Schedule and monitor production phases, tracking progress and escalating delays or risks.
  • Use SAP for order creation and release, stock management, inventory control and status monitoring.
  • Update and maintain reports and production databases; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Liaise with internal ateliers and external suppliers to coordinate workflows and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Engineering or Economics.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting.
  • Practical familiarity with problem-solving tools and methodologies.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team orientation, strong organisational ability and respect for deadlines.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Availability to work full time on site from 13/04/2026.
