Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end order management from material requirements to finished product delivery.
- Analyze order specifications and verify production feasibility against capacity and lead times.
- Schedule and monitor production phases, tracking progress and escalating delays or risks.
- Use SAP for order creation and release, stock management, inventory control and status monitoring.
- Update and maintain reports and production databases; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Liaise with internal ateliers and external suppliers to coordinate workflows and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Engineering or Economics.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting.
- Practical familiarity with problem-solving tools and methodologies.
- Good interpersonal skills, team orientation, strong organisational ability and respect for deadlines.
- Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Availability to work full time on site from 13/04/2026.

Beginner level — suitable for current students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required; basic understanding of production cycles or supply-chain concepts is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering or Economics.
