Role & Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate external vendors including agencies, talent, styling teams, models, and catering services
• Serve as liaison between communications and cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, production, visual merchandising, and retail operations
• Monitor internal validation processes and external communications with agencies, editors, and talent representatives
• Organize pre-production logistics including room bookings, styling session preparation, casting coordination, product inventory documentation, and asset retrieval from relevant departments
• Arrange and coordinate travel logistics including hotel bookings and ground transportation
• Manage on-set production support including product tracking, supervision, and logistics
• Monitor post-production workflows and coordinate delivery of final assets to stakeholders, including feedback management and retouching coordination
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and allocated budgets
• Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing and annual production planning management

Qualifications

• Background in production or audiovisual disciplines
• Demonstrated success in managing photography, campaign, or content production shoots
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and internal communication across diverse departments
• Advanced written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in English language at a professional level
• Interest in photography and visual content creation

Skills

Experience

Entry-level production experience or portfolio demonstrating hands-on involvement in shooting, campaign, or content production, ideally within fashion or luxury sectors.

Education

Formal training or qualification in production, audiovisual production, or a related creative discipline.
