Berluti seeks a Production and Content Creation Assistant internship in Paris (6 months, January 2027) to support campaign and content production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate external vendors including agencies, talent, styling teams, models, and catering services
- Serve as liaison between communications and cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, production, visual merchandising, and retail operations
- Monitor internal validation processes and external communications with agencies, editors, and talent representatives
- Organize pre-production logistics including room bookings, styling session preparation, casting coordination, product inventory documentation, and asset retrieval from relevant departments
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics including hotel bookings and ground transportation
- Manage on-set production support including product tracking, supervision, and logistics
- Monitor post-production workflows and coordinate delivery of final assets to stakeholders, including feedback management and retouching coordination
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and allocated budgets
- Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing and annual production planning management
Qualifications
- Background in production or audiovisual disciplines
- Demonstrated success in managing photography, campaign, or content production shoots
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and internal communication across diverse departments
- Advanced written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in English language at a professional level
- Interest in photography and visual content creation
Skills
Experience
Entry-level production experience or portfolio demonstrating hands-on involvement in shooting, campaign, or content production, ideally within fashion or luxury sectors.
Education
Formal training or qualification in production, audiovisual production, or a related creative discipline.
