Berluti — Paris (8th): Production & Content Assistant (Intern) for a 6‑month internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Content Producer across campaign and content production from pre-production through delivery.
- Book and coordinate external partners and on-set talent (agencies, models, stylists, glam teams, talents, catering).
- Organise pre-production logistics: studio bookings, casting sessions, product listings, styling preparation and retrieval of pieces from internal teams.
- Act as liaison with internal stakeholders (logistics, services, marketing, production, visual merchandising, e‑commerce) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage on-set production logistics during shoots, including product handling and inventory tracking.
- Follow post-production: transmit retouch comments, coordinate delivery of final assets to marketing teams and ensure quality standards.
- Monitor budgets, schedules and quality standards; process and follow up on production invoices and administrative documentation.
- Maintain the annual production calendar and contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows.
Qualifications
- Study background in production, audiovisual, film, communications or equivalent vocational training.
- At least one prior successful internship or entry-level experience in production of shoots, campaigns or image content—experience in fashion or luxury preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate across agencies and multiple internal departments.
- High attention to detail, adaptability and capacity to work reactively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English (indispensable).
- Enthusiasm for photography and basic hands-on experience with photo shoots.

Entry-level: at least one prior internship or early-career role supporting production of photographic/video shoots or campaigns, ideally within fashion or luxury.
Education
Degree or vocational training in production, audiovisual, film, communications or related discipline.
