Berluti Product Marketing Assistant internship in Paris – 6-month immersion in luxury leather goods product development and collection management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive tracking of leather collections, from carry-over pieces to seasonal newness, preparing key tools from market analysis to product presentation
  • Update and validate collection tools including collection plans, price positioning, and sell-through ratio tracking for product references
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, particularly for line naming and color palette development
  • Assist in preparation of showroom materials and presentation supports, including Modelario documentation
  • Support product presentations at development review meetings, showrooms, pricing committees, and internal workshops
  • Conduct and maintain structured competitive benchmarking on collection sizing, price positioning, and material offerings, with written analysis and recommendations
  • Contribute to creation and updates of product content, training materials, and digital assets to ensure clear, consistent, and differentiated communication of offerings
  • Draft training materials for retail boutiques covering product specifications, collection storytelling, customer benefits, and leather patina mood boards
  • Manage and update product information for digital platforms including e-commerce product sheets, catalogs, and internal systems
  • Participate in Soléau envelope creation in coordination with legal teams to ensure product singularity and protection
  • Coordinate product loans across Communications, E-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Design, Legal, and Manufacturing teams
  • Ensure proper management of product samples including compliance verification, availability for collection meetings, and showroom sessions
  • Verify press and training orders
  • Assist with styling phases for Mix & Match shoots, Lookbooks, and e-commerce photography in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Participate in visual merchandising scenography implementation, including product installation and display enrichment in coordination with Visual Merchandising teams
  • Track and manage prototype inventory, supporting destocking and archival phases
  • Organize daily product organization, shipments, and logistics flows
  • Label products in preparation for e-commerce shoots and assist with packaging
  • Verify and ship training orders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4/5 years (école de commerce or equivalent university qualification)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrated rigor, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive approach
  • Sensitivity to luxury, craftsmanship, and leather expertise
