Berluti in Paris (8th) seeks a Press, Events & Influence Assistant (Apprenticeship) for a 12-month on-site placement starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Influence in the development and execution of the international press and influencer strategy.
- Coordinate relations with international press offices and influence teams across Europe, UK, US, UAE and Asia.
- Manage sample trafficking: prepare, dispatch and track press and influencer samples for boutiques, agencies and media contacts.
- Handle requests for press/influencer shopping and fulfil internal sample requests from marketing, production and retail teams.
- Contribute to the production of communication materials (texts, visuals, press packs) and deliver weekly press reviews.
- Provide on-the-ground support for brand events and image productions (Fashion Week presentations, press days, store openings, product launches) at an international level.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a communications, journalism, business school or equivalent master's programme.
- Excellent written communication in French and fluent English; a third language is a plus.
- First experience (internship or placement) in a press/communications team of a luxury house or a press agency is required.
- Strong organisational skills, reliability and an ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Professional demeanour, team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in press relations and social media.
