Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, check, and process incoming merchandise, ensuring proper placement into stock.
- Assist in the preparation and packing of stock goods for returns and inter-store transfers, ensuring correct documentation.
- Maintain the organization and presentation of all stock areas, reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Stock Manager and couriers for efficient shipment flows.
- Assist with e-commerce requests, including preparing items for transfer and validating pickings.
- Process and track items for repair or after-sales service, ensuring proper documentation.
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of e-commerce orders, adhering to brand standards.
- Coordinate with online shipping platforms for timely dispatch and tracking of orders.
- Prepare product shipments for quality returns following established procedures.
- Receive and store operational supplies, monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management.
- Participate in monthly and yearly inventory counts, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Provide occasional floor coverage and assist the sales team during peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role, preferably within luxury retail.
- Familiarity with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Cegid is a plus.
- Experience with online shipping platforms such as UPS and DHL.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of luxury product handling and care.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Skills
Experience
1-3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
