Berluti Miami seeks a Seasonal Operations & Sales Support Advisor in Miami (Design District) — inventory, e‑commerce and fulfilment role (3–6 months).
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and accurately process incoming merchandise; ensure correct physical placement and documentation of stock.
- Prepare and pack items for returns, inter‑store transfers and warehouse shipments; maintain accurate transfer documentation.
- Manage e‑commerce fulfilment: pick, verify, pack and dispatch online orders in line with brand presentation standards and coordinate with carriers.
- Assist with repairs and after‑sales processing; track service items and liaise with client advisors and repair centers.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and organisation of stock rooms; conduct monthly rotating inventories and annual full counts, reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate shipments and quality returns to repair centers; prepare and check client shipments to Berluti standards.
- Receive and manage operational supplies; monitor packaging and consumables stock levels and report replenishment needs.
- Provide occasional floor coverage and sales support during peak periods, assisting client advisors and maintaining boutique presentation.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail stock, store operations or logistics—experience within luxury retail preferred.
- Practical knowledge of inventory control and e‑commerce fulfilment procedures.
- Familiarity with online shipping platforms (UPS, DHL) and carrier coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Cegid inventory application is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Professional handling and care of luxury products, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a retail team.

1–3 years in retail stock, store operations or a comparable logistics role; luxury retail experience preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 27 per hour.
