Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process incoming merchandise, placing products correctly into stock.
• Prepare and pack stock for return to the US and France warehouses, inter-store transfers, and rebalancing; ensure documentation is accurate.
• Maintain organized and well-presented stock areas, including tidying, relabeling, and efficient storage; identify and report negative stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Stock Manager and couriers to support timely inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assist with e-commerce requests, including preparing items for transfer and validating pickings.
• Process and track repairs and after-sales items, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch and receipt; identify lapsed services and communicate with client advisors and sales staff.
• Pick products from US boutiques accurately and in line with boutique procedures and Berluti quality standards.
• Prepare e-commerce orders for dispatch in accordance with brand presentation and packaging standards.
• Validate picking lists against physical inventory to ensure order accuracy.
• Process e-commerce returns by inspecting and restocking items or directing them for repair or quality control under established procedures.
• Coordinate with online shipping platforms, including UPS, to ensure timely e-commerce dispatch and tracking.
• Prepare product shipments to the New York or France repair center for quality returns, following established procedures.
• Pack, check, and complete client shipments in accordance with Berluti standards.
• Receive and store operational supplies, including packaging, stationery, and coffee.
• Monitor and maintain adequate levels of operational supplies and packaging inventory, and report requirements to management.
• Participate in monthly rotating inventories and annual full stock counts, including preparation, scanning, tidying, and physical counting; report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory documentation to support audit readiness.
• Provide occasional sales-floor coverage during peak periods or when the sales team is short-staffed, assisting clients and maintaining store presentation as needed.
• Support the sales team by running merchandise and providing beverage service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role; 1–3 years of experience is also stated, preferably in luxury retail.
• Comfort with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel; knowledge of the Cegid inventory application is a plus.
• Familiarity with and practical experience using online shipping platforms such as UPS and DHL.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of luxury product handling and care.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 27 per hour.
