Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and accurately process incoming merchandise, ensuring proper physical placement into stock upon delivery
• Prepare and pack stock goods for returns to US warehouse, Berluti France warehouse, and inter-store transfers with correct documentation
• Maintain impeccable presentation and organization of all stock areas, including labeling, storage efficiency, and identification of negative stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with Stock Manager and couriers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipment flows
• Assist with e-commerce requests, including item preparation for transfer and validation of picking lists
• Process and track items for repair or after-sales service with proper documentation and timely dispatch/receipt
• Perform accurate picking of e-commerce products in compliance with boutique procedures and Berluti quality standards
• Prepare e-commerce orders for dispatch, adhering to brand standards for presentation and packaging
• Validate picking lists against physical inventory to ensure order accuracy
• Process e-commerce returns by inspecting items, restocking, or directing to repair as per established procedures
• Coordinate with shipping platforms (e.g., UPS) for timely dispatch and tracking of e-commerce orders
• Prepare product shipments to repair centers for quality returns following established procedures
• Carefully pack and check client shipments in accordance with Berluti standards
• Receive and properly store operational supplies, monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management
• Participate in monthly rotating inventories and yearly full stock counts, including preparation, scanning, and discrepancy reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory-related documentation to support audit readiness
• Provide occasional floor coverage during peak periods, assisting with client interactions and store presentation
• Assist sales team with running merchandise and beverage service

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail stock or similar operations role, preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Cegid inventory application is preferred
• Practical experience with online shipping platforms such as UPS or DHL
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, organized mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Understanding of luxury product handling and care standards
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 27 per hour.
