Role & Responsibilities
- Manage technical operation and regulatory compliance of ateliers, boutiques and headquarters, ensuring installations meet applicable codes (labour code, ERP) and environmental charter requirements.
- Supervise multi‑technical projects and interventions: plan and pilot works, internal events requiring technical coordination, and collaborate closely with architecture, IT, Visual Merchandising and Communications.
- Oversee maintenance budgets and contracts: contribute to annual technical budget, monitor energy and fire‑safety expenditures, and manage external maintenance and service contracts.
- Coordinate interventions and prioritize repairs to minimise customer disruption; control quality of work delivered by internal teams and external contractors.
- Implement and operate maintenance reporting: design and maintain dashboards, KPIs and procedures for maintenance activities.
- Promote continuous improvement of workplace conditions and employee safety; draft and enforce safety and evacuation procedures and report abnormal risk situations.
- Serve as a polyvalent point of contact during team absences, including participation in other occupant services tasks and ad hoc operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in general services, facilities or building services management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to commercial and workshop premises (labour code, ERP standards) and health & safety requirements.
- Hands‑on technical knowledge across electricity, plumbing, HVAC, heating systems and fire safety.
- Proven experience in supervising technical service providers, drafting scopes of work and monitoring contractor performance.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant) and strong oral/written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and ideally experience with a CMMS (GMAO).
- Service orientation, rigor, discretion, time‑management, initiative and ability to identify operational and safety risks.
- Availability for occasional weekend/night work (on‑call rota) and business travel within France.

Experience
Minimum five years’ progressive responsibility in services généraux, facilities management or multi‑technical maintenance, including project coordination, contractor oversight and regulatory compliance.
Education
Technical diploma (BTS/DUT) or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Technical Maintenance or equivalent vocational qualification.
