Berluti seeks a Management Control Intern at Gaibanella, Italy to support Business Intelligence development and performance monitoring within the Finance & Control Department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of reports and KPI calculations within the new Business Intelligence platform
- Conduct testing and verification of SAP development results for the Cost Per Unit project
- Elaborate, analyze, and periodically monitor production performance indicators
- Control fixed and variable costs, contributing to monthly analysis activities
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and focused assessments to identify potential operational risks and opportunities
- Support periodic industrial control operations and creation of key operational indicators for distribution to department heads
- Ensure timely data retrieval from multiple functions and adherence to industrial KPI reporting deadlines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Interest in management control and industrial production
- Knowledge of primary software applications with particular proficiency in Excel
- Analytical, synthesis, and logical-numerical capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Curiosity, proactivity, determination, and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in English language
