Berluti — Paris: Junior Production, Quality & Compliance Coordinator (Apprenticeship). 12‑month alternance starting Oct 2026 in Paris 8.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support material development and pre‑industrialisation activities for leathers, textiles, jersey and denim in direct coordination with suppliers.
  • Manage, analyse and report quality test results to anticipate issues and ensure material conformity with Berluti's quality and environmental specifications.
  • Prepare, maintain and verify procurement summary tables to support purchasing sessions and supplier follow‑up.
  • Accompany development of leather ready‑to‑wear and shirt models from conception through production fittings.
  • Draft technical comments and contribute to comprehensive product dossiers and technical documentation.
  • Establish and monitor quality‑compliance tables for various international markets (e.g., GB, PRSL LVMH, UAE).
  • Coordinate requests for preferential origin certificates and other provenance documentation with supplier partners.
  • Write and manage composition labels and product information intended for clients and distribution.
  • Create and maintain product information tables for Supply Chain and track shipments of materials and components between warehouse and manufacturers.
  • Provide operational support for daily production management to help achieve production targets.
  • Manage certification requests for materials and components and participate in traceability initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Group environmental programme (Life 360) and support manufacturers' environmental actions and regulatory watch on product and material compliance.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent candidate for Bac+4/5 (Master 1 or Master 2) in Engineering (industrial, textile, materials), Business School with Supply Chain/Production focus, or equivalent university degree.
  • High level of rigor, strong result orientation, excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (complex formulas and PivotTables).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required; Italian (minimum B1) is a strong asset.
  • Genuine interest and sensitivity to luxury, fashion and artisanal craftsmanship.
