Berluti IT Systems Intern, Ferrara Italy – 6-month trainee position in ERP systems and technical support for luxury leather goods manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Help Desk operations, resolving user tickets within established Service Level Agreements
- Collaborate with vendors on second-level troubleshooting and system issue resolution
- Gather user requirements, propose solutions, and implement them through SAP customization and ABAP programming
- Monitor ERP systems including batch jobs and interfaces to identify and resolve anomalies proactively
- Provide user support for Business Intelligence, Advanced Planning System, and Microsoft Office applications
- Document user requirements and work with colleagues and vendors to translate them into concrete system improvements
- Deliver first-level technical support for company hardware maintenance, including servers, PCs, phones, printers, and barcode readers
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Solid understanding of relational databases, programming concepts, and functional system architectures
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proactive mindset with strong teamwork orientation and communication skills

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional IT experience required, though knowledge of SAP ERP systems is a valued asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in or soon to complete a degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or closely related technical discipline.
