Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for intern and apprenticeship candidates, including manager briefings, job board postings, candidate interviews, selection, and feedback communication
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics for the trainee and apprentice population
• Serve as the primary HR reference point and community ambassador for interns and apprentices, fostering engagement and development
• Support managers in mid-point and final evaluations, emphasizing developmental feedback and internal mobility opportunities within the LVMH Group
• Define and execute campus management strategy in collaboration with the HR Manager, including school recruitment campaigns and university forums
• Coordinate employer branding events and initiatives aligned with LVMH Group standards
• Develop and implement storytelling and communication plans targeting the intern and apprentice population
• Lead and pilot the Happy Trainees experience survey campaigns to measure and enhance apprentice satisfaction
• Prepare offer letters and administrative employment files in coordination with the Payroll department and according to internal procedures
• Coordinate induction activities and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new interns and apprentices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years (from a business school or equivalent programme with HR specialization)
• Prior recruitment experience, ideally within luxury or fashion sectors
• Fluent English proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Entry-level to early-career professional with at least one prior recruitment role, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or premium sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent institution with HR specialization.
