Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices across head office, boutiques and ateliers: briefing hiring managers, publishing ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and communicating outcomes.
• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs for the early‑career population to measure funnel performance and hiring quality.
• Act as HR referent for interns/alternants: animate the community, support integration and coordinate HR inductions throughout the year.
• Support managers in mid‑term and final evaluations, contribute to development plans and promote internal mobility within the LVMH group.
• Define and deploy campus management actions in partnership with the HR Head of Talent: organise school forums, host recruitment events and support employer‑brand activations.
• Contribute to employer‑brand storytelling and communication targeting students and early‑career talent; pilot Happy Trainees experience campaigns.
• Prepare hiring documentation and administrative files in collaboration with Payroll, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) — business school or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
• First professional experience in recruitment is desirable, preferably within luxury, fashion or retail environments.
• Fluent English (oral and written); professional French assumed for daily operations.
• Strong organisational discipline, respect for confidentiality, autonomy and service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point and Word.

Experience

Early‑career/apprenticeship level. A first internship or initial exposure to recruitment is preferred; experience in luxury, fashion or retail is an advantage.

Education

Bac+4/5 (Master’s level or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
