Berluti HR Assistant Apprentice role in Paris 8th (1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026). Support personnel administration and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive administrative personnel files for all permanent and fixed-term employees across France (headquarters, boutiques, and production workshops)
  • Prepare, draft, and monitor employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, apprenticeship) and contract amendments
  • Input and update employee information accurately within the Talent Connect HRIS system
  • Track and manage invoices and budgets related to HR services
  • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and administrative follow-up
  • Arrange and monitor occupational health appointments
  • Assist with the logistical and administrative organization of internal and external training programs
  • Support OPCO (training operator) communications and maintain administrative follow-up for funding applications and documentation
  • Organize and manage short-term observation internship placements (conventions, integration)
  • Support the HR team in organizing various events and projects
  • Manage logistics for certain business travels, vendor coordination, and expense reports
  • Provide transversal administrative and organizational support to the HR team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent in commerce, business administration, or related discipline with HR specialization
  • First professional experience in HR preferred, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
