Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration and employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements, mandatory communications, and accident reporting procedures
  • Oversee payroll processing in coordination with external providers, ensuring timely and accurate execution, regulatory compliance, and resolution of employee inquiries
  • Administer employee time and attendance using the Zucchetti system, precisely tracking working hours and enforcing company policies
  • Prepare analytical statistics and internal/Group reporting, including headcount analysis, monthly/annual reports, absenteeism tracking, leave management, and overtime calculations
  • Oversee employment contracts in compliance with applicable labor laws, remaining current on legislative updates and implementing policy revisions as required
  • Support development, monitoring, and revision of the annual payroll budget in alignment with company and Group guidelines, conducting ongoing HR cost control analysis
  • Contribute to annual salary reviews and variable compensation processes based on performance evaluations and established guidelines
  • Promote and implement innovative HR Information Systems solutions to enhance operational efficiency across strategic HR processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in HR Administration, with specific expertise in payroll and budget management
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll compensation & benefits, labor legislation, and related administrative management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS systems (knowledge of Zucchetti and SuccessFactors will be advantageous)
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French knowledge is preferred

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 50,000 per annum.
