Berluti seeks a Head of General Services and Security in Paris 8e to lead facilities and security strategy across French headquarters, boutiques, and workshops.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute general services and security strategy across all sites (headquarters, boutiques, and workshops)
  • Ensure optimal condition of equipment, materials, and buildings across all managed locations
  • Oversee site renovation and refurbishment projects
  • Serve as primary liaison with property owners, syndics, and building management companies
  • Supervise preventive, corrective, and remedial maintenance activities
  • Deploy systems for technical supervision, monitoring, and performance management
  • Guarantee technical, regulatory, and documentary compliance across all sites
  • Advise leadership on preventive actions and ensure application of health and safety protocols
  • Maintain continuous oversight of health, safety, and regulatory obligations applicable to tertiary, industrial, and commercial facilities
  • Deploy security and safety procedures for personnel, assets, and property in alignment with house and group standards
  • Plan employee training programs in safety and risk prevention in coordination with HR
  • Collaborate with group security leadership during exceptional events and celebrations
  • Select, contract, and manage maintenance, cleaning, hygiene, and technical service providers
  • Develop specifications, conduct procurement processes, and monitor contract execution
  • Establish and manage departmental and operational budgets in accordance with group guidelines
  • Establish clear operational frameworks and guide team toward activity objectives
  • Coach team members daily in skills development through regular feedback and coaching
  • Develop talent to reveal individual potential and support career progression aligned with group tools
  • Evaluate performance and manage objectives using group systems (RISE, Career Compass)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position managing multiple sites
  • Proven expertise in retail sector general services management
  • Strong track record in security and safety-related matters
  • In-depth knowledge of professional facility operations (real estate, legal obligations)
  • Comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations
  • Proficiency in vendor and supplier consultation methods (RFPs, sourcing)
  • Strong Excel skills with demonstrated comfort in budget management and financial analysis
  • Professional-level English language proficiency
