Berluti, Paris 8ème: Finance Operations and Controlling Manager | Full-time from September 2026 in hybrid model

Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct global stock and margin performance monitoring in coordination with Merchandising and Operations teams, including worldwide inventory tracking at month-end and budget periods with guaranteed data reliability and completeness
  • Build and refine inventory landing projections in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams, presenting consolidated stock visibility to the executive committee during monthly business reviews for strategic arbitration
  • Conduct rigorous sell-through analysis for current seasons, identifying trends and areas of attention, and oversee margin analysis in partnership with industrial finance teams
  • Lead modernization of financial management tools, including participation in ANAPLAN system redesign for inventory, margin and product depreciation tracking, and drive development and enhancement of Power BI reporting for stock management
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement on financial system evolution projects related to tools, governance models, reference frameworks and processes, ensuring successful implementation and change management across the organization
  • Serve as privileged financial partner to central departments, managing monthly financial close procedures including provisions evaluation and calculation, conducting performance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and leading department financial reviews
  • Execute financial planning responsibilities including construction, modeling, and monitoring of projection exercises for budgets and revised forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university program
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in audit firms or large multinational groups in similar functions, with prior exposure to industrial management accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems including SAP, ANAPLAN, and Power BI
  • Mastery of finance fundamentals including management accounting, financial analysis, and accounting
  • Fluent in French and English
