Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate product and material circularity, including managing unsold and defective items.
- Oversee energy and waste management, analyzing data and supporting optimization efforts.
- Contribute to environmental reporting, including carbon footprint and compliance with extended producer responsibility regulations.
- Communicate environmental projects through internal newsletters and events.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote environmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Engineering, Business School, or Sciences Po.
- Strong interest in Berluti products and environmental issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Experience with climate initiatives such as the Climate Fresk is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in sustainability and project management is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Engineering, Business School, or Sciences Po.
