Berluti (LVMH) seeks an E‑commerce Project Assistant Intern in Paris 8th — 6‑month internship starting July 2026 supporting site projects, analytics and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the e‑commerce team in project delivery: draft functional specifications, coordinate test phases, and assist with production deployments.
- Monitor daily site performance and customer journey analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Manage routine site maintenance tasks and liaise with technical teams to ensure site stability.
- Track online orders and assist with order lifecycle management, including fraud detection and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Communication, IT, CRM) and external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Qualifications
- Master's level education (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing, Digital or equivalent.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant) is mandatory.
- Strong digital and e‑commerce sensibility with a pronounced interest in luxury and fashion.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
- Excellent analytical reasoning, synthesis and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, curious, autonomous and able to handle confidential information.
- Previous internship or experience in e‑commerce / web project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is an advantage.

Entry‑level internship profile; prior internships or first professional experience in e‑commerce, web project management or digital marketing are desirable but not mandatory.
