Berluti Paris 8ème seeks an E-Commerce Project Assistant intern for 6 months starting January 2027. Support luxury fashion digital initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support e-commerce project execution including drafting of functional specifications and monitoring of testing phases through production deployment
- Monitor and maintain website functionality on a daily basis, including order tracking and system performance optimization
- Conduct continuous evaluation of e-commerce best practices and customer journey design to enhance digital experience
- Liaise with multiple internal departments (Communication, IT, CRM) and external partners to facilitate project coordination and stakeholder alignment
- Assist in maintaining and updating content management systems and e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal site performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, E-Commerce, Web Marketing, or equivalent discipline
- Fluent English proficiency (essential requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury fashion and e-commerce industry trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work across departments

Entry-level or beginner; prior experience in e-commerce management or web project coordination is advantageous but not required.
Education
