Berluti is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant intern to join its E-Commerce team in Paris in January 2027 for six months. Reporting to the E-Merchandising Manager, the intern will support digital campaigns, e-commerce clienteling, customer journeys, performance reporting and website personalisation, and will receive training on the Maison’s history, values and products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure email and social media campaigns are consistent with website content and activity.
- Strengthen synergies between SEA campaigns, social media activity, customer communications and SEO strategy.
- Develop e-commerce clienteling across different markets.
- Develop and monitor digital customer journeys.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Improve the website’s recommendation and personalisation features.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including CRM, IT, Communications and Retail, as well as external contacts.
- Complete onboarding training to learn the Maison’s history, values and products.
Qualifications
- Bac +4/5 education from a business school or equivalent university programme.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy and a proactive approach.
