Berluti Paris: 6-month Digital Marketing Assistant internship starting January 2027. Support e-commerce strategy and digital campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage alignment and cohesion between email campaigns, social media content, and website merchandising initiatives
- Strengthen synergies between SEA campaigns, social media engagement, customer communications, and SEO strategy
- Develop and implement e-commerce clienteling programs across different markets
- Design and monitor digital customer journey frameworks and touchpoints
- Create performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Enhance recommendation and personalization features on the digital platform
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across CRM, IT, communications, and retail divisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years (equivalent business school or university education)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed with proven capacity for initiative and problem-solving
