Berluti — Paris: CRM & Client Experience Intern, 6-month internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support two CRM & Client Experience Project Managers in the design, coordination and execution of one-to-many email campaigns (newsletters), from planning to delivery.
- Contribute to the contact strategy and campaign planning, including creative input and segmentation recommendations to optimise client engagement.
- Manage end-to-end campaign coordination with cross‑functional partners and regional markets, liaising with external agencies and vendors as required.
- Implement and analyse A/B tests to optimise content performance; monitor campaign KPIs and produce actionable reporting.
- Coordinate the client events calendar with markets, support event logistics (vendor selection, invitations) and track event performance (attendance, revenue, qualitative feedback).
- Oversee client gift fulfilment from production through distribution across markets, ensuring timely delivery and traceability.
- Maintain proactive stakeholder communication across internal teams (markets, communications, visual merchandising, IS&T) and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- Master’s-level studies (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing or equivalent university programme.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Dartagnan is a plus.
- Rigour, strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Creativity, initiative and a collaborative communication style.

Beginner — suitable for current Master’s students or recent graduates; prior internships in CRM, marketing or events are advantageous but not mandatory.
