Berluti — CRM & Client Experience Intern in Paris (6-month internship, start mid‑July 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conception and execution of one-to-many CRM campaigns (newsletters), contributing to the contact plan and campaign strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders from campaign brief to deployment, working closely with in-house partners and regional markets.
- Design and analyse A/B tests to optimise creative content and campaign performance; perform competitive benchmarking to inform campaign ideas.
- Aggregate and interpret campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and coordinate the client events calendar with regional markets; assist in the operational delivery of client events (vendor selection, invitations, logistics).
- Produce event-related analyses and reporting (attendance rates, revenue impact, qualitative feedback) and oversee client gift production and distribution logistics.
Qualifications
- Master's level (Bac+4/5) student in business, marketing, communications or equivalent university programme.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Dartagnan is a plus.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and organisational discipline.
- Creative mindset, proactive ideation and effective interpersonal communication.

Experience
Entry-level / internship level: open to students in a Bac+4/5 programme. Limited professional experience is acceptable; prior internships or exposure to CRM, marketing or event coordination are advantageous.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in business, marketing, communications or equivalent.
