Berluti — CRM & Client Experience Intern in Paris (6‑month internship, starts mid‑July 2026) supporting newsletters, A/B testing and client events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the two CRM & Client Experience Project Managers in the conception, planning and execution of one‑to‑many campaigns (newsletters).
- Contribute to the contact plan strategy and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders from creative to delivery, liaising with markets and external agencies.
- Set up and analyse A/B tests to optimise content performance and customer engagement; conduct competitive monitoring to inform campaign ideas.
- Produce campaign and test performance analyses and recommendations to improve open/CTR and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate the client events schedule with markets, participate in event operations (supplier selection, invitations, logistics) and track event KPIs (attendance, revenue, qualitative feedback).
- Manage client gifts from production through distribution across markets, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Prepare regular reports and support documentation for internal stakeholders; maintain close collaboration with communication, VM, IS&T teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) in business school or equivalent university programme.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; knowledge of Salesforce and Dartagnan is a plus.
- Analytical rigour, strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reporting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose campaign ideas and test hypotheses.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a client‑oriented attitude.

Entry‑level: suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience beyond prior internships. Prior exposure to CRM, marketing campaigns or client events through internships or academic projects is advantageous.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in business school or equivalent university degree.
