Berluti Paris 6-month internship: CRM & Client Experience Assistant supporting European retail network operations, January 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support CRM analytics by updating customer indicators and key metrics on a monthly basis for each boutique location
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of targeted CRM action plans for individual boutiques
- Serve as the primary contact for European boutiques regarding CRM tool requirements and centralize requests from the network
- Facilitate the rollout of digital tools and retail projects across boutique locations
- Oversee and supervise newsletter distribution campaigns in coordination with the central CRM team
- Coordinate customer events scheduled across the retail network
- Manage operational logistics for event implementation and serve as the relay point for boutique-level event execution
- Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer experience metrics, including customer feedback and mystery shopping results
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including store managers, sales consultants, Marketing, CRM, and Communications teams
- Support additional retail-focused projects and initiatives as assigned by the department
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification (Bac +4/5)
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest and sensitivity to the luxury sector
- Customer-service orientation with commercial acuity
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with enthusiasm for relationship-building

Entry-level or beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn within a luxury retail environment and proficiency in business fundamentals.
