Berluti internship: 6-month Client Development Assistant role in Paris supporting CRM and retail events across European boutiques, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support CRM analytics through monthly customer indicator updates by boutique and participate in boutique-level action plan development
- Serve as primary contact for European boutiques regarding CRM tool needs and centralize requirements across the retail network
- Coordinate client events across the retail network and provide operational relay support for store-level event implementation
- Support digital tool implementation and retail projects in boutiques in close collaboration with central departments
- Supervise newsletter distributions in coordination with the central CRM team
- Conduct monthly qualitative and quantitative customer experience analysis including feedback review and mystery shopping assessments
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including store managers, sales advisors, Marketing, CRM, and Communications teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/5 years equivalent from a school of commerce or equivalent university program
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent synthesis and organizational skills
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication abilities with commercial acumen and interpersonal dynamism
