Berluti — Client Development & Events Intern (EMEA) in Paris. 6‑month onsite internship starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support CRM analyses and update monthly customer performance indicators for each boutique in the EMEA zone.
  • Contribute to the creation and deployment of boutique-level CRM action plans.
  • Serve as the operational contact for European boutiques regarding CRM tools, centralising requests and requirements.
  • Assist with implementation and rollout of digital tools and retail projects in boutiques.
  • Coordinate and operationally support customer events across the regional retail network.
  • Supervise newsletter distributions in close collaboration with the central CRM team.
  • Perform monthly qualitative and quantitative customer experience analyses (Voices, mystery shopping).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including regional managers, sales advisors, Marketing, CRM and Communications.

Qualifications

  • Master-level student (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent university programme.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical rigour, synthesis skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-service orientation and sensitivity to the luxury sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, commercial instinct and interpersonal ease.

Experience
