Berluti seeks Client Advisor for Paris boutique. Luxury sales role requiring 5+ years experience and fluent English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, advise, and build lasting relationships with local and international clients across all product categories (footwear, leather goods, ready-to-wear)
- Close sales and contribute to achieving and exceeding boutique revenue targets
- Develop and implement visual merchandising and customer relationship management initiatives
- Manage after-sales service matters including alterations, repairs, and customer follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of significant sales experience in luxury men's footwear or ready-to-wear sectors
- Fluent English with demonstrated excellence in client service and active listening
- Strong sales acumen combined with commercial creativity and consultative approach
- Team-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
