Berluti seeks a Client Advisor in Munich, Germany. Join the luxury men's House to deliver exceptional sales and personalized service at the flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create an extraordinary and unique experience for customers on the selling floor
- Demonstrate sales leadership and play an active role in driving sales performance
- Meet sales goals and objectives through effective selling techniques
- Acquire and leverage Berluti technical product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities
- Complete necessary administration and documentation according to company policies
- Ensure the highest level of customer service in compliance with Berluti quality standards
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local and international clients
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and passion for the Maison
- Execute CRM practices including mailings, e-mailings, thank you letters, and Central team reporting
- Assist and support after-sales service in accordance with Maison values
- Stay informed of industry news and competitive landscape
- Participate in regular stock checks and stocking/restocking activities
- Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards
- Achieve all KPI objectives and store condition requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated cross-selling expertise and agile, positive mindset
- Strong leadership orientation and passion for business results
- Service- and client-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
