Berluti Client Advisor in Miami Design District. Full-time luxury retail position with $27-$29/hr hourly rate, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Execute refined selling ceremonies incorporating comprehensive product knowledge, brand history, and storytelling to maximize sales and foster client loyalty
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the client database
- Build and expand a distinguished client book through proactive follow-up, correspondence, and relationship management
- Provide dedicated support for shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-specific matters
- Contribute to visual merchandising, store presentation, and maintenance of boutique ambiance
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory control operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships
- Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand aesthetic
- Proven drive for achieving business results
