Berluti is hiring a Client Advisor in Miami, USA. Full-time role, $27–$29/hr plus commission and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through a distinctive luxury selling ceremony.
- Deliver expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to maximise conversion and foster client loyalty.
- Build, manage and expand a local and international client book; proactively prospect, recruit and retain high-value clients.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/database; execute personalised follow-up and client outreach.
- Coordinate client services including shipping, alterations, repairs and after-sales inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support store presentation and visual merchandising standards; contribute to housekeeping to protect the brand image.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory control tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within luxury goods or menswear.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a high-value client book and to deliver personalised clienteling.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and follow-through skills; commercial drive and target orientation.
- Strong product sensibility and aptitude for luxury-brand storytelling.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on retail sales and client service experience, ideally gained in a luxury consumer-goods environment with a demonstrated track record of developing client relationships and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.
