The Client Advisor represents Berluti to customers, delivers expert service to encourage purchases and build satisfaction and loyalty, and contributes to store objectives and sales growth. The role supports stock management, floor displays, and store operations. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales, achieve targets, and contribute to sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Participate in stock management and maintain the sales-floor display area.
- Support the Store Manager in store operations.
- Represent Berluti to customers, help achieve the store’s quantitative and qualitative objectives, encourage purchases, and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty through expert service that meets the company’s client-experience standards.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, a diploma, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ work experience in the luxury fashion industry; the role also requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent cross-selling skills.
- Self-motivated, mature, and a good team player.
- Excellent selling and clienteling skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
