Berluti is hiring a Client Advisor in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island). Full‑time retail role delivering luxury client service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximise sales and consistently achieve individual and store targets through proactive client engagement and effective selling techniques.
- Deliver an outstanding luxury client experience, building lasting relationships via personalised service and follow-up.
- Perform stock management tasks including receiving, replenishment and inventory control to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Maintain visual standards and the sales floor presentation to reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and merchandising directives.
- Support the Store‑in‑Charge with daily store operations, opening/closing procedures and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education or diploma holder, or equivalent professional background.
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in the luxury fashion or leather goods sector.
- Proven cross‑selling and upselling capability with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience managing high‑value client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication, storytelling and product presentation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, mature and a strong team player with a professional demeanour.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct retail experience within the luxury fashion or leather goods industry, with documented success in clienteling and sales performance.
Education
Post-secondary education or diploma (or equivalent professional experience).
