Berluti Client Advisor position at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Full-time luxury retail role with $27–$29/hr plus benefits and commission.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and store sales targets
  • Incorporate product knowledge, brand information, and heritage into the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty
  • Capture and maintain customer information in the database to build a comprehensive client book
  • Build and expand clientele through consistent follow-up, maintaining correspondence, and addressing client concerns and inquiries
  • Follow up with shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters
  • Support visual merchandising, housekeeping, and store image maintenance
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience
  • Experience in a luxury consumer goods environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships
  • Fluency in English (required); additional language proficiency preferred
  • Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand

Experience
