Berluti Client Advisor position at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Full-time luxury retail role with $27–$29/hr plus benefits and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Incorporate product knowledge, brand information, and heritage into the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database to build a comprehensive client book
- Build and expand clientele through consistent follow-up, maintaining correspondence, and addressing client concerns and inquiries
- Follow up with shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters
- Support visual merchandising, housekeeping, and store image maintenance
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience
- Experience in a luxury consumer goods environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships
- Fluency in English (required); additional language proficiency preferred
- Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand
