Berluti seeks a Client Advisor at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA — full‑time luxury retail role with commission and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through an elevated luxury selling ceremony.
- Develop, maintain and expand a local and international client book; proactively recruit high‑value clients.
- Deliver superior customer service by integrating in‑depth product knowledge and brand history into client interactions.
- Capture and maintain accurate client information in the customer database and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries.
- Coordinate client-related logistics including shipping, alterations, repairs and any post‑sale service.
- Support visual merchandising, store upkeep and the preservation of the Maison’s image.
- Assist with inventory control, shipping and receiving processes as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within luxury goods.
- Proven ability to build and manage a client book and to convert relationships into repeat business.
- Excellent verbal communication, organisational skills and meticulous follow‑through.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, leather craftsmanship and the Berluti brand ethos.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of direct retail sales and client service experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury fashion or leather goods environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 29 per hour.
