Berluti seeks a Client Advisor in Beverly Hills (South Coast Plaza) — full-time luxury retail role, $27–$29/hr plus bonus and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary selling ceremony that communicates Berluti’s product knowledge, brand heritage and craftsmanship to maximise sales and foster client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client development, outreach and follow-through.
- Build and maintain a local and international client book; manage client correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries and service requests.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM/database to support clienteling and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate post-sale client needs including shipping, alterations and repairs to ensure end-to-end service excellence.
- Support store operations including visual merchandising, housekeeping, receiving, shipping and inventory control to uphold store image and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience; luxury goods experience strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-value clients with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, organizational and follow-through skills; professional presentation and client-centric demeanour.
