Berluti (Paris 8th) seeks an Assistant Product Manager — Leather for a 6‑month full‑time internship starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end development and monitoring of the leather collections, from carry‑overs to seasonal launches and related product presentations.
- Maintain and reconcile collection planning tools: collection grids, price positioning, and sell‑through ratio tracking for references.
- Contribute to creative brainstorms including naming of lines and colourways, and prepare showroom tools such as presentation supports and the Modelario.
- Prepare and assist in product presentation forums: development follow‑up meetings, showrooms, price committees and internal reviews.
- Compile structured competitive benchmarks (range breadth, price positioning, material offer) and participate in written analysis and restitution.
- Draft and update training and product enrichment materials for boutiques: product features, collection storytelling, customer benefits and patina mood boards.
- Manage product information for digital platforms: e‑commerce product sheets, product catalogues and internal systems.
- Coordinate product loans and sample flows with Communication, E‑commerce, Visual Merchandising, Design, Legal and Industrial teams; ensure sample conformity and availability.
- Support styling for Mix & Match shootings, lookbooks and e‑commerce in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Participate in visual merchandising scenography and enrichment of showroom displays.
- Oversee prototype inventory, assist with destocking and archiving phases, and manage daily organisation of shipments and product flows (tagging, packing, dispatch of training/press orders).
Qualifications
- Enrolment in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/5 programme (business school or equivalent university degree) — eligible for a French internship.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is indispensable.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Marked rigour, organisational discipline and a proactive approach to task ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury craftsmanship and specific interest in leather goods.
